In this EP we decided to revisit some old songs that we thought were cool, but not cool enough. In this record, we finally got the songs where we wanted them to be with the help of a lot of our friends and family. With the aid of the college experience, we took the time to carefully record and self produce every song on the record (with the exception of the drums on the closer and the strings throughout) keeping with the idea that it wouldn't be a true remake unless we self-produced it like the original (and realizing that we've come very far since recording our first EP with Rock Band microphones).

Our first full-length album, Gone for a While, was carefully crafted just around the end of our high school careers. This record explores the fundamentals of our sound, including our use of saxophones. Our goal was to create a piece of art that could be deemed "hip" or interesting by our fellow musicians, but approachable and enjoyable by our friends that are non-musicians. With the help of the engineers at AFA recording studio, Chris O'Neil and Greg Schettino, we found the end product to be very effective.
